Service

Over the years Eurofork has developed a fast and efficient after-sales service in order to understand and solve Customer problems and requests.
Currently, about 10.000 of its telescopic equipment are operating all around the world. The Eurofork service team consists of skilled technicians able to operate everywhere, in all situations and on all types of telescopic forks.
Eurofork service is able to arrange quickly interventions on plants in 8 ÷16 working hours
Eurofork service is able to operate on to plants from 8 to16 hours.
At the end of the 2 warranty years we offer to our Customers two types of contracts:
Full Service Contract:
This contract includes two or more full-service maintenance each year on the entire fork made by our technicians with the replacement of the parts subjected to wear.
Contract 911:
Quick response after Customer emergency call for sudden problems with technical fast intervention.
